The Mac & Grill Cheese Factory

Place was empty, only two other families were in there on a Saturday afternoon. Michael took our order and it took about 15m for the food. Very expensive for just a cheeseburger melt, two order of chicken fingers, and fries. Overall, the food was good and fresh.

Food was good. Price is about what you would expect for the decent sized portions- lobster mac & cheese and strawberry salad. Ordered to go and staff was friendly and food was prepared fast and packed hot.

My kids and I are Mac n cheese fans. The atmosphere was nice, very clean restaurant and restrooms and my kids approved of the decor. The food was well seasoned and cooked to order as I sneaked a peek of the chef tasting the final product before serving. My only takeaways were that as we went in to order, about the same time 9 other people did also so the wait was a bit extended so I would say that the one who is the cashier may also get trained in the kitchen to help. The prices are a bit on the higher side but the amount of food was worth it. The biggest one is I wish they used actual cheese instead of a sauce. Classic Mac n cheese and Lobster Melt.

So good. Awesome food. I got the Angry Mac & Cheese. Jalapenos and crushed reds were perfect. Hubby got Pastrami Melt. And we brought home Classic Mac & Cheese for kids.

Our experience was better than expected. We're from our of the area and googled "food near me" and this was one of the options that came up. 2 out of the 3 of us love Mac and cheese (I'm not a fan of Mac and cheese) but I do like grilled cheese so figured I could find something that would work. This definitely exceeded our expectations. Was a little spendy, but what eating out options aren't any more? Portions for eating in (no take out) are monstrous. But the best part is that everything was flavorful. I got the pot roast melt. So huge and tasty. Hubby and son got Mac and cheese bowls and they were 100% satisfied. Will go back again if we're ever in the area.

First time here was a good try, and the food was really good. I got a brisket grilled cheese and baked potato. Overall, there was good friendly service, but I don't think ill be going back anytime soon.

I really enjoyed my first visit! The parking lot and exterior are well maintained, restaurant is clean and service is friendly. I tried the short rib mac and cheese, which came out hot and had a great flavor-also not too cheesy. The short rib meat blended perfectly with the sauce and there was plenty to take home for leftovers!
